The Tugged Away takes its name from the vibrant hand-painted marina scene above the bed — a colourful depiction of Malta's working harbours, the luzzus and cargo boats that have defined these waterfront towns for generations. Warm tones of blue and gold run through the room, from the ornate gold-framed mirror to the soft yellow cushions on the teal armchair, creating a space that feels both elegant and inviting.
Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the room features a generous double bed with crisp white linens, a vanity desk for planning your day's adventures, and a private kitchenette with everything you need for light meals and coffee. Available across three floors of the building, each Tugged Away offers the same warm palette and maritime character. It's our most affordable room — and one of the most charming.
